For your stay you can choose between 4 different formulas, based on your needs: Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board and All Inclusive

All Inclusive

  • Water and wine with meals without limitation
  • Beach service with an umbrella + 2 sunbeds from the 4th row
  • Reserved covered parking with shuttle service
  • Air conditioning in the room and mini fridge

Additional charges

  • Single room + 15%
  • Double room for single use + 40%
  • Covered car parking for a fee €. 7 per day with shuttle service 1.5 km from the hotel
  • Stay less than 3 days +30%
  • Air conditioning and mini fridge included in all rooms
  • Small dog max 5 KG + €uro 50
  • Dog area on the beach + €5 per day upon reservation / limited places
  • Transfer to and from the station if possible for €10
  • POOL IS NOT PART OF THE HOTEL it is in the bathing establishment in front of the Hotel PAYMENT (+euro 15 per day per person) to be paid directly on the beach

Reductions

  • Children accompanied by at least 2 adults in the room:
    • up to 6 months FREE
    • up to 12 months not completed - 70%
    • up to 5 years of age - 50%
    • up to 14 years of age - 30%
    • over 14 years - 15%
  • Half Board: - €5.00 on the price of Full Board
  • Overnight stay only: - €5.00 on the price of the B&B

  • Meals NOT consumed in the Hotel will NOT be deducted from the bill

Conditions

Municipal tourist tax: €2 per day , applied only to the first 7 days of stay, children up to 14 years of age are exempt .

BOOKING MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • Up to 25 days before arrival the customer has the right to cancel free of charge . *So for cancellations within 25 days of arrival the deposit will be refunded - 15 euros for administrative costs.
  • The deposit will be retained for cancellations within 10 days of arrival. From the 11th to the 24th day it can be used for another stay of at least 5 nights.
  • Early departure from the booked period will result in the application of a penalty.

 Meals NOT consumed will NOT be refunded.

Reception: open 24 hours
Check-in: from 14:30pm to 24:00
Check-out: by 09:30
On the day of arrival the rooms are delivered from 14:30pm onwards
On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 09:30

ENTRY TO THE ROOM FOR:

  • Breakfast: 7:50 - 10:00
  • Lunch: 12.45pm - 1.30pm
  • Dinner: 7.45pm - 8.30pm
